OUR TEAM

Tracy leads the operations for PRIME Traffic Control.  His vast experience in Traffic Control has led many customers and traffic professionals to seek his guidance on the safest ways to establish and maintain work zones.  His experience and Advanced Certification helps him as he leads and supports the various departments of PRIME Traffic Control that support our work teams and clients.

Danny supports PRIME Traffic Control's clients with developing and responding to information requests including but not limited to prequalification requests/packages, proposals, conducts and reports client surveys, assisting with Policy and Procedure writing, updating and a variety of miscellaneous activities to move our clients and PRIME Traffic Control forward. 

Anton supports both PRIME Traffic Control's clients and PRIME's front line field team with scheduling and dispatching crews, conducting crew observations, leading the weekly safety meeting calls and providing overall support for crews.

 Michelle supports the PRIME Traffic Control team by focusing on Accounting and Human Resources functions. She assists with the new hire process including registering candidates with training, drug testing and onboarding paperwork. Michelle also manages PRIME’s billing & payroll, along with managing credit card account set-up and various functions of Accounts Payable (P.O.’s, etc.). 

Don leads PRIME Traffic Control's SAFETY and TRAINING efforts through coaching and mentoring new and existing team members.  Don's history of customer requests, specifically for him, has pushed him into a leadership position for team member development.  Don assists with  reviewing, updating company Policy and Procedures in an effort to keep PRIME Traffic Control on the cutting edge of best practices in Traffic Control. 

D'Auntae leads PRIME Traffic Control's FLEET keeping track of maintenance/service, new vehicle acquisitions and rentals as needed, preparing vehicles for issue/assignment and disposing of old vehicles & equipment.

D'Auntae assists with  reviewing, updating company Policy and Procedures in an effort to keep PRIME Traffic Control on the cutting edge of best practices in Fleet Management. 

Mike supports Tracy and PRIME's Traffic Control team in securing the training, equipment and tools necessary to make PRIME's customers successful.  With approx. 30 years of administrative and operational experience in the construction/contracting field, Mike is prepared to deliver the service he knows his customers expect.

 MacKenzi supports PRIME Traffic Controls' clients with ROW, utility, traffic control/MOT permitting. She prepares MOT/TTC Plans and assists in drafting permit applications based on client needs, and works closely with FDOT, counties, and municipalities to ensure a smooth approval process.
