MOT/ TTC Flagger
PRIME Traffic Control is a growing company seeking dependable candidates to join us as Flaggers that will work with our team to support Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) / Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) operations. This role offers growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment. Opportunities are available throughout the state of Florida and the Southeast region of the United States. You will help to establish and maintain safe work zones for our clients and ensure compliance with all traffic safety regulations with the support of Advanced Certified Foreman that will assist in your development into becoming a Foreman yourself.
What you need:
- A clean driving record and background within the past 5 years
- Willingness to work in a drug- and smoke-free environment
- Ability to stand on your feet all day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (typically cones)
- Flexibility to work in changing weather conditions year-round
- Reliable transportation is a must for this role
Salary:
- Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr (for first 40 hours/week)
- Overtime: $25.50/hr (anything over 40 hours/week)

Advanced Certified Foreman
PRIME Traffic Control is a growing company seeking dependable candidates to join and lead a team in flagging and traffic control operations. This role offers a “company home” with opportunities for growth and long-term security.
What you need:
- Must be dependable
- Must be timely and responsive in communication
- Must be able to solve problems and make in-field adjustments to Traffic Control set-up's utilizing MUTCD guidelines
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a true Lead/Foreman
- Ability to be a Team Leader, helping to train, develop and mentor future Foreman
- ATSSA – FLORIDA - Advanced Certification (must have)
